  • Soak 1 Cup of Kabuli Channa (white Chickpeas) Overnight.
  • Cook and keep aside.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
  • Add 1/2 tsp Jeera.
  • Once it starts spluttering add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and stir for a while.
  • Add 2 chopped onions and 2 big chopped tomatoes.
  • Stir well till this mixture turns soft (Add water if necessary).
  • Now add 2 tbsp Aruna A-1 Chhole Masala Powder, Cooked channa, salt to taste, and 2 split green chillies.
  • Garnish with Coriander leaves.
  • Tastes good with Baturas, Chapathis, Parotas, Poori & Rice.
